Hi Wendy! Your Chinese New Year cookies are beautiful. To answer your question regarding the writing on my cookies: 99% of the time, yes I do all the writing free hand on our cookies. Sometimes I use a stencil, not often though. If you look at our Vanilla Easter Egg collection, that's an example of a stencil. Thanks so much for reading and commenting on my blog!!
